That was all, I welcome the new employees, I hope you a good journey with us and thank you.That was the speech given by Mr Tommy Shine, a deep speech and a special face that marked and moved in a weird way the emotions of Jade and awakened some strange emotions in him, a face that he didn’t know will be a life changing face forever in the near future.

The day after, Jade woke up, brushed his teeth ,put on his new costume, Faty made him a delicious breakfast and checked on him son, how are you today? Do you fell good ? she said. Jade responded on her and responded ‘ Yeah Mom, of course, i’ll just enjoy and have a nice time at work, I hope i’ll be able to make good friendship out there and integrate fast , and I wish i would like my new teammates. ‘ Ok, son I hope you will do okay at work, wish you good luck.

Jade took his way to the company, he wanted to just walk,at the road he felt a weird feeling, he was walking and felt something strange, like some kind of a weird energy flowing in his body,he felt he’s been watched by some unknown people or something like that. He had this strange sensation after he looked at the sky, he had this feeling that the guardian angels were trying to warn him that there was a stalker following him. He got driven in his dreams and imaginations for an instance,he turned back and supprisingly Kris was there waving,’ Hey Jade wait for me what are you so hurry, please stop.’ It seems that he was hanging out when he saw Jade going to work .Hey, how's it going? You look great!’ he said. Jade responded: Thanks! I've been trying to focus more on my health lately. You know, trying to make some positive

changes.’That's awesome to hear! What kind of changes are you making? Kris said.

Jade responded,’ Well, for a while, I've been trying to eat healthier. More fruits, vegetables, whole grains, you know, the good stuff. And I've cut back a lot on processed foods and sugar. It's amazing how much better I feel when I fuel my body with nutritious foods.and also trying to exercise from time to time.

Kris said:’That's fantastic! Food is very important to your health, and also exercise is crucial for both physical and mental health. I've been trying to incorporate more movement into my day too, whether it's taking the stairs instead of the elevator or going for a walk in the street.I saw you from a far place and followed you, sorry man.’

Jade said: ‘It really is all about finding what works for you and making small changes that add up over time. But you know, it's not just about physical health. I've also been trying to prioritize my mental and emotional well-being’. ‘Absolutely, self-care is crucial. Taking time to relax, unwind, and do things that bring you joy can have a huge impact on your overall happiness and quality of life’, you’re going to work isn’t it? I don’t want you to be late ,let’s meet another time, the weekend maybe? said Kris.

Jade said: Absolutely! Whether it's spending time with loved ones, pursuing hobbies, or simply taking a few moments each day to practice gratitude, it's all about finding balance and living life to the fullest.let’s then meet the weekend, goodbye. Jade continued the road and a few minutes later , he arrived to the company, the security guy welcomed him: You must be a new employee, a few others arrived before you today and they took the elevator to higer floors, you know you have different specialities so you are affected to different

departments, go up and join the employees, they will guide you to your office,welcome to DSTransports.

Jade was assigned to the second floor, where he met the head of the department, Mr. Hedroy. He joined Mr. Hedroy's team and provided a detailed explanation of how he intended to commence his work. The day proved to be productive and fulfilling for Jade. By 6 p.m., he returned home and shared his day's experiences with Faty. "Thank God you got this job. It came at the perfect time. You needed something to keep you occupied, make new friends, and pull you out of your isolation and the imaginary world you were trapped in. It's time for you to start a new chapter in your life, dear son," Faty said. Deeply moved by his mother's words, Jade embraced her and kissed her on the forehead before retiring for the night.

The Day after, he went to work and he began to meet new people at work , including administrators, engineers, team leaders...He was given a time period in which, he had to discover things and be familiar with the environment of work, he was at ease and felt normal.Most of the People were friendly and everything was allright, that’s how the work began., although Jade is an introvert he had to talk to employees there. One of the employees wich is a head manager but in a different department got close to Jade ,and in a strange voice he said, ‘ hello my name is Mr McMayer and I am a team leader in the financial department, you seem very delighted as far as I see,glad for you and I wlecome you, you have other collegues hree that are new ,i hope you make good team with them, i saw other new employees and I ‘ve chosen some to work with me at my department, we’re so

close to Mr Tommy, you must have seen him at the conference, he trained me for many years before I become also a manager here, I hope you have a good time,’ he disappeared then fast.

Jade was given a clean office with a great view and Mr HedRoy started day by day to give him work .

Time went really fast, one month later, it was a calm day Jade was at work he finshed his work and it was a Friday,he was sitting waiting the time to come to leave the company when suddenly the reception guy knocked the door,entered Jade‘s office and said: mr jade ,you have a meeting with the CEO of the company, he wants to see you. Jade responded surprised: Me ? ok! An when is that? The guy said: Now, he’s waiting for you with Mr McMayer in the ceo office upstairs, you need to join them right now. Jade went to the next floor where the financial department is located and entered the CEO office, it was the first time he’s going to see the chief of the company directly, he only saw a few times from a distance because he’s always a busy man, but the time came to speak to him directly. Jade opend the door and sat on the chair. The weird feeling came across Jade’s body and his nerves ,it was bizarre again, an odd sensation through his veins and nerves similar to the ones he got when he was on the vacation with his mom, the same when he met Kris on the road, Jade didn’t care that much,he thought that it’s normal, just a stress,but in a weird way. Mr Shine was sitting and Mr McMayer was sitting next to him and there was another man with a costume sitting next to them. In some kind of a light bossy voice Mr Tommy said,........................
