Hezbollah, Islamic Jihad, Hamas, Hold Meeting.. Content Warning.
Hezbollah has held off from joining the war against Israel. Yes, Israel and Hezbollah, have exchanged shots over the border. However, the scene in the north of Israel remains tense. It is probably at its tensest, since Israel and Hezbollah, fought a 34-day war in 2006. Both sides fought each other to a standstill. Although, some pundits, think that Hezbollah gave Israel a bloody nose. The first time that a Muslim adversary had gone toe-to-toe with Israel and achieved something resembling a victory. Massive damage, however, was done to Lebanon, and many people lost their lives, not just Hezbollah fighters. Israel too, had damage inflicted upon it, with loss of life too.

Netanyahu: "We Are At War".
Hamas has launched a surprise incursion into Israel. In a 'Pearl Harbour' style surprise attack, well-armed, well-organised, Hamas fighters, attacked Israelis. 5,000 rockets landed in Israel, with, 545 injured and 22 Israelis dead. The comparison to 'Pearl Harbour' that I made is not for nothing. Apparently, no one in Israel saw this coming, Israel really did, have its guard down.

Sunak Reported to Scottish Police.
Sunak made what would be His last speech before next year's general election. One of the most controversial parts of the speech was about HS2. Despite West Midland's Mayor Andy Street and Greater Manchester's Mayor Andy Burnham's protestations, HS2 is being wound up. There had been speculation about, what, exactly Sunak and Chancellor Hunt would do about it. Sunak revealed, in his conference speech, that HS2 would be closed down between Birmingham and Manchester. Instead, Sunak said, the 6 million that it was taking to construct the line would be ploughed back into developing motorways, in need, of repair. That's all well and good, but one of the reasons for constructing the rail system was to take traffic off the road. Now with the winding up of the Birmingham - Manchester line, more commuters must find alternative ways of travelling. Which will create more congestion on our already busy roads and motorways.

Stephen Pound MP Defends Ulez.
Political commentator Emma Woolf has branded the London Mayor a "little dictator". In a scathing assessment of the mayor's reign. The London Mayor is struggling in the polls against Tory candidate Susan Hall. According to the pollster company JL Partners, there is a, 35% - 32%, difference between Khan and Hall. This will give Susan Hall hope of beating Khan. In a sense, Khan may have created his own downfall, but it was well intended.

Cruella in Washington D.C.
Suella Braverman, make no, mistake, knows the game is up for the Tories. If polls are proven to be true, Sunak and his Mob will be toast, at the next general election. So, with that in mind, Suella was setting out her stall as a potential successor to Wishy-Washy. However, she did it, behind the guise of redefining what a 'refugee' is.

Andy Burnham, Andy Street, and Boris: Scrapping Midlands and Northern HS2 Madness.
HS2 ever since George Osborne announced it as part of his 'Northern Powerhouse" (to level up the midlands and the north of England) has been controversial. The plan is to link major rail lines with London, Birmingham, and Manchester. Birmingham and Manchester, were chosen, to link with London, because they are the next two major cities, after the capital.

Chris Packham: Is It Time to Break The Law?
We have all seen the antics of 'Just Stop Oil' and other environmental campaigners. As they have blocked traffic, tied themselves to various structures, etc. And as much, as it is, a nuisance to people trying to get somewhere, these people have a point. Maybe, there are extremists, as there are with all groups or beliefs, however, the planet is going to "Hell in a hand cart" as Packham rightly observed.

Suella Braverman "We cannot bankrupt Britons"
The government promised to cut the UK's emissions by 2030. Phasing out internal combustion engines, gas boilers, etc. would all go. To be replaced by battery-operated cars and pumps. All this to be more energy efficient and climate-friendly. Of course, the UK is not the biggest emitter of poisonous gases. India, China, and the USA are the biggest polluters. Of course, nations like the UK must do their part. As the 'Tesco' ad says, "Every little helps".
