Truth Behind an Old Saying We have all heard the saying, “nice guys finish last.” My response to this came from a realization of why that saying is in fact true. Yes, nice guys do finish last… because we always make sure the woman finishes first. Of course, the saying was never meant to mean that. In fact, it was always meant as a negative thing. The saying generally refers to how guys who are nice and respectful, actually end up in the friend zone with women or hear those dreaded words, “you’re like a brother to me.” Which, no guy wants to hear; ever! Perception Can Be Deceiving Normally, I try to write as an outsider or in a broad concept point of view. I don’t write or post anything that is analytical of myself, my life, or the like.
