This Workout Playlist Is Sure To Motivate You To Run That Extra Mile
For nearly ten years of my life, I've been a runner and I still love it - nothing can beat a runner's high! Most days are easy to get up and out the door, but sometimes a little added motivation is needed (I might be almost 25 years old but I'm far from responsible with my sleep). Music has always been that extra push to get a workout done and so many of my runs have been dedicated to listening to full albums of new music. But, I actually don't create playlists all that often.

Pure Adrenaline
Nothing makes a workout great like your favorite music. It makes the best workouts even better, and the not-so-great ones bearable. Listening to the right music when you’re working out will give you a huge boost of adrenaline and power you through better than any fake high you could get from a preworkout.

Playlist for the Gym or just something to get you going!
First off let me just start by saying that music is life. Music is the key to everything in my opinion. You get in the car, you either listen to music, a podcast, or you just sit there in pure silence. Either way, music is all around us. We buy devices like wireless headphones so we can listen to music more comfortably. Some of us will go above and beyond and buy a whole set of speakers to enjoy our music. It helps us wether its at work, at the gym, at the store, or just at home. Seriously, what would we do without music?

A Beatles' Workout
The Beatles gave us music for all occasions, and all our many moods. If you're nursing heartbreak, the Fab Four have got a dozen (or two) songs for you. Conversely, if you've just found love, John, Paul, George, and Ringo have got plenty to say about that.

Music for Mamas to Move To
Music. It moves me. Like an attractive man with intoxicating conversational skills, the beat of a song gets my attention, but the lyrics seal the deal. Yes, a beat that gets you off your butt paired with the perfect words and cadence moves me to my core.

A Playlist To Make The Bench Press Your Bitch
You're inhaling the mingled scents of oft-used air freshener, hastily swiped deodorant, and the musk of hard labor. You're tasting the first wave of salty sweat trickling from your temples to the edges of your mouth and wetting the corners of your lips. You're hearing grunts of exertion and whatever particular program is being presented by the one who holds the remote. You're about to grasp the handles just underneath the seat of the cycling machine and breathing in deep- but suddenly a little lightbulb moment happens and you remember the most important part of this workout session.

The Jams: Workout Playlist 2020
I am really excited to share my completely manic and sometimes highly emotional workout playlist with you all! Fitness is such a massive section of my life. It is my most utilized form of therapy. You could even call it church. People run to church to get prayed over, to be healed, so then I guess you can also say the gym is like the ER unit. We go there to get better. That's a badass way of looking at it.

Let's Get Physical: A Workout Playlist of Upbeat Music
Since I was young, I could never engage in any form of physical activity without music. Whether I am walking, completing household tasks, doing cardio workouts or dancing, I am always attached to my iPhone or iPad where I can enjoy listening to music. When I have music on, I feel more motivated to exercise and stay active, as opposed to when I am not listening to music.

Three Flexing Bicep Emojis
Making Spotify playlists is an absurd, minor passion of mine. I have a playlist for every season, every mood, "best of" compilations of my favorite artists, as well as various activities such as painting, getting ready in the morning, hooking up, and of course, working out.
