Best Albums to Listen to Coming Into the New Year
Many people classify teens as people who love blasting music and blocking everyone out, and I am no exception to this classification. My life revolves around music, I can’t go a day without listening to music. In many ways, music is my therapy, it shows you that others feel the same thing, and allows you to connect with the artist. This is a list of my favorite albums and what songs I like to listen to on those albums. Some are older than others but I still listen to these all the time. Not everyone has the same taste in music, but all of these are albums I highly recommend.

10 Songs That Celebrate Winter
Once upon a time, some people believed that winter was caused by the vegetation goddess Persephone, also known as Kore and Proserpina, returns to the Underworld, taking the ability to grow crops with her. Boreas, the Greek god of the north wind, was the source of all the cold winds. People later spoke of Old Man Winter and Jack Frost, the personifications of ice, snow, and the freezing cold of winter. (Remember the 1979 stop-motion animated TV Christmas special?)

Beyond the Mainstream: YouTube. Top Story - November 2018.
I get pretty tired of the radio. Not the content so much as the format of it. They take a good song and proceed to viciously stomp its every beat and tempo switch into your brain to entice you to keep returning to that specific radio program—which, yeah from a business standpoint, I understand but as a music lover, it just kind of makes me tired. So most days I actually connect to my phone Bluetooth and cruise some channels on YouTube that I stumble upon at home when I've got the proper amount of time to coast the search results for whatever music style I'm digging at the moment. I've come across some real gems on YouTube, and I always suggest these channels to my friends when they admit to wanting to find some new music different from the overplayed "Top 40 hits."
