ECLECTIC MIX AUGUST 21
Well it happened everyone, we had a heatwave and it was glorious. This drizzly famous land of Scotland has been scorched by the stunningly sunny weather, and as of the time of writing its continued into September! So this playlist has been influenced partially by it, but also heavily by my viewing this month. I discovered on Netflix the show called Hip Hop Evolution, if you have the time, and love Gangsta Rap, R&B, Hip-Hop, Rap, Trap, or G-Funk then it’s definitly worth a viewing. Similarly so if you only have a passing interest then its still brillant viewing, and will explain the world of Hip-Hop and show you how actually varied, and important it has been to the music scene. Its 30 years+ history and origins all laid out, and told in great detail by those who made it, by the end of it you'll know your MC Ren to Q-Tip, The Neptunes, De La Soul, Goodie Mobb and everything in between. Another show which influenced this playlist was The Defiant Ones, a show exploring the origins of Dr. Dre and Jimmy Iovine, their eventual union, and the impact the 2 of them have had on their respective areas before and after working togther. Don’t stress though, this list is just as varied as ever, and as always eclectic, just this month with a heavier slant towards R&B. Your ears will feast on old 80’s beats, iconic R&B, Trip-Hop, Dance, Indie, 80’s Classics, Alternative and Rock !

A Horse of Another Color
I fell in love with her purely by accident. In those days, I travelled a lot and always let work get in the way of affairs of the heart. Building bridges for an international consortium, only gave me time to work and eat with little sandman time each day.

Playlist Eclectica - Vol. 3
Sometimes you need to do something to occupy your time. Something that doesn't put a strain on you. Something that will actually wash the stress away. I do that by surfing YouTube and as I flow organically from one thing to the next, I end up with these very eclectic playlists.

A Song , A Muse , A Vocal Creation
We are all writers and we all need inspiration. You may be lucky and words may pour from your pen. Euterpe is the Muse of Music , but your Muse may be what you listen to, A friend , a lover , a soul mate , a place , surroundings , a pet , almost anything that inspires you.

Playlist Eclectica
Hi-di-ho partners, let's giddy up go and away. Or something like that. My playlists are probably a reflection of the ADHD that I didn't know I had, never been diagnosed with but have probably lived with for the whole 62 years I've been alive. There's not a lot in music that I don't love (maybe not metal), but here are some of the random things I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE.

THE ECLECTIC MIX 2020
So I thought id share with all you lovely people my music of 2020, based on what my Spotify most played of 2020. I have sneaked a few extra tracks on that i feel are too good to let slip under the radar, and not get the air time they deserve, i hope you enjoy it, just as much as i enjoyed it making up the soundtrack to my year! As the next year 2021 progresses i hope to continue this style of article, with me sharing my monthly playlists, as well as highlighting any tracks which i feel to be essential and unmissable.

My top two fav personal playlists
7JUL2021; 2225, WED Well, I'm finally beginning my 75th post and it's about a couple of my other creations that I'm pretty proud of. I know that I've begun my last few posts or so in similar fashion; but, I really don't know how to kick this one off.
