Habit of reading
Reading helps develop memory skills and intelligence. In school, students read books to expand their knowledge about the world around them. When they’re older, people often find themselves reading novels, magazines, newspapers, and research papers on a wide range of topics. Learning how to read can enhance language skills and help kids learn the basics of grammar. Kids who have trouble learning may benefit from special education programs that teach them to recognize letters and sound patterns and associate these elements . People who love to read can take pleasure in sharing their favorite books with others. Whether you prefer fiction or nonfiction, you can find plenty of good reads online by visiting a library website or going online to look for free ebooks.

Advice to a Nephew. Top Story - September 2022.
This was a list of advice that I gave to my nephew when he was about to begin high school in the late 2000s. It was in a letter that I never sent, and a part of me regrets that I did not get to at least talk to him about most of these points. I did share some advice in texts and conversations, but I recently found this page in my notes and I thought that it was only fair to share it with the rest of you. Your judgment counts…

Racism is racism no matter how you slice and dice it
Is this the 1940’s or is it 2022? If a private co-op tried to create a similar housing that banned persons of color the NAACP would have filed a lawsuit so fast that the property would have shut down. If you try to have anything that is similar to Black Entertainment Television for whites only again the NAACP will file a lawsuit for inclusion. But what I am reading out of the University of California, Berkeley smacks of racism. How can it not? In his article they refer to the student who are persons of color pays to have a place to stay that is free of white people violence. I am not understanding this at all. I thought we had done away with Jim Crow, separate but equal and I thought the anti-discrimination act of 1964 did away with this bull shit? I thought the civil rights act put an end to this crap.

THE DANGERS OF BULLYING
Author’s Note: This study of bullying started out as a term paper and survey project at Klamath Community College in Klamath Falls, Oregon for a criminal justice class on violence but it turned into something so much more. I have over the years added more information to the project and it no longer is in full term paper format. As I have studied the crime of bullying it has enlightened and educated me on this crime against others and yes it is a crime. Bullying is both psychological and physical violence and should be prevented and/or stopped wherever it is happening. I hope this blog will help people understand it even more, helping the victims and maybe the bullies themselves and I also hope this helps those researching the crime of bullying.

What occupations are more exposed to the dark side of human nature?
You all love to listen to stories, so I'll tell stories, too. It's all true, so it's hidden. I am a girl. I once studied in a key primary school. In fact, there is no point in primary school. All primary schools are the same. However, some parents have to spend money to send their children to the so-called key primary schools in order not to let their children lose at the starting line, just because they are said to "be able to go to a good junior high school". My family spent 5000 yuan to send me to this primary school. I have been doing well in primary school, and I am very popular with all teachers. But I have a disadvantage, that is, the singing is out of tune, which is very unpleasant. The music class requires the whole class to play the flute, and I can't play the flute well. So I was often punished to stand in music class.
