Moon Child
Moon Child Grandpa and I spent a few nights in the woods after the incident with the bottle tree. As good as I had felt the night after, my legs weren't quite up for a hike back out again just yet. So, we spent two nights in the woods while I recovered.

Beyond the Moon
Nobody can hear a scream in the vacuum of space, or so they say. But has anyone thought to question whether or not you can hear yourself? And that's what she thought about as she stared out the small window at her only escape. As the space station floated through the endless void, she was alone. Well no, not completely alone. But maybe that wouldn't have even been much better than her current circumstances.

The Light in the Window
"The cabin in the woods had been abandoned for years. One night, a candle burned bright in the window." Across the pond I could see the small light it was as bright as the sun. I was up writing and when I glanced out the window it hit my eyes like a flash of lightning. A few days later I decided to go to the cabin on my way back from getting my monthly supplies I would stop and see if I could meet my new neighbor. As my boat approached the dock, I thought I saw someone dart behind the cabin. I approached very carefully announcing who I was. Then this tiny high-pitched voice from the rear of the cabin asks, “Who are you?” Bill Hargrove your neighbor across the pond.

Dark Pink Carnations: Demon Curse
Though half-asleep, Jase sensed the gentle sway of motion. He felt warm and safe and didn't want to open his eyes because he could almost feel the pressure of the bright light that pressed upon his lids. As soon as he pried his eyes open, that light would assail his Optic Nerve with sufficient intensity to cause pain. He tried to coax his mind back into slumber, but it refused to comply. Questions about the swaying motion and other odd sounds shifted his brain into overdrive. His body felt anxious to the point where his muscles twitched.

Loco
“Ugh, my head,” I complain, as I slide my hand up my face and rub my temple. Keeping my eyes closed, I notice the bed rocking melodically. Like a baby being swayed in the back seat of a car. It’s kind of nice. I don’t want to open my eyes because my head feels like it would explode if I did.
