Christ Consciousness
Most of us grew up with a very defined image of Jesus. The bearded man is in a white robe, arms open, and heart aglow. We were told he was the Son of God, the saviour, the miracle worker. Fortunately, just as we can maintain our physical health through exercise and diet, science shows we can also nurture our brains and slow cognitive aging.
