DAILY DOSE OF DEPRESSION
They say birds of a feather flock together, so why should the things we allow our brain to absorb everyday be any different? Time and time again we sit back and wonder, why we are the way we are. You may have already asked yourself "who am I" or "whats my purpose of being here", but still fail to answer the question. Do you know why ? The answer is clear to see, but its not visible to the nature of your vision.

My Manifesting Journey
So like many people, I was in a huge slump. I suffered from severe anxiety, depression, and I was just all around unhappy. No matter how hard I tried, there was nothing that seemed to be able to pull me from my mental health issues. And I realized, perhaps a little too late, that it was seriously affecting my husband and our marriage. He would tell me that I changed, that I was nasty, that when I "hounded" him and yelled at him that he felt like he was being emotionally abused. I would say horrible things, and expect him to react much differently than he did. It wasn't until he grabbed a bag from his closet, and told me he was leaving that I truly understood what I was doing to him.

5 KEY QUESTIONS FOR SOLVING COMPLEX PROBLEMS.
The quality of the answer is determined by the quality of the questions. “If I had an hour to solve a problem and my life depended on the solution, I would spend 55 minutes determining the proper question to ask. For, once I know the proper question, I could solve the problem in less than 5 minutes”. Albert Einstein

Your phone is your right hand man, radio, GPS, (especially for this directionally challenged girl), camera, weather man, alarm clock, wallet, books, and everything in between. Not to mention the communication abilities it provides us with.

Walking Back to Happiness
When you're under pressure, there is always a very strong temptation to rush everywhere, and to take life at a trot, if not a gallop. you may have kids with activities, fitness, lousy commutes, work, responsibilities that all take large bites out of your time, building up the feeling that you are never, ever going to achieve everything that you need to do.
