Can Depression Make Your PP Smaller?
Do you know why it is SO important to take care of your mental health? Because it is like an investment. However, if your heart is not that important to you, you may start taking care of yourself when you know that mental problems can be the cause of erectile dysfunction. That's right, even our little friend down there can suffer the consequences of not caring about our sanity.

The Relationship Of You and Your Loneliness By Pamela Conoly
You can go to bed in the happiest state of mind that's almost euphoric even, sleep straight through the night. Yet, wake up the next morning totally, utterly depressed. So, you jump head first into your work. Even gabbing all the over time you can get at your job because if you are working, your distracted, am I right? Then after work you run your errands with a spring in your step and a smile on your face because you are now going to the grocery store or near by take out restaurant to get a snack or Chinese food to watch a movie on Netflix as a gift to yourself because you deserve it. Dinner and a movie and some self love. Don't get me wrong. By self love I mean a possible shower followed by a glass of wine, soft music and a pep talk.

My Break From Writing
As I lie here awake at 0341, I ponder my life. It's been a while since I last wrote any articles, stories, reviews or anything really. Part of that is largely due to the state of my mental health and also I don’t have many fans that would be disappointed in the lack of content.

About To Die
I was a boy who was loved and respected by everyone in society. Life was most beautiful for me. I was enjoying every second of life, but one day what happened was quite strange. First of all, I was not able to eat anything, was not sleeping well, became afraid of sleep, my senses were not in my control, and was thinking that I am about to die and was lying on the bed all the time.
